Foil Screen Okay, But Not the Same as Original
The replacement foil screen is a Panasonic brand, but is just okay because it does not shave as close as the original screen, at least on the ES3831. The pattern on the replacement screen is differnt then the origianl. I will keep this to shave my head and just order a new razor which is only $20, compared to the replacement screen and cutter which costs $10. Note the cutter is slightly smaller than the original factory cutter.

Perfect replacement!
the replacement parts (cutter and screen) are a perfect fit for my Panasonic shaver!(This part did take longer to be shipped to me than most everything else I buy on Amazon, but I wasn't in a hurry. Perhaps it had to come from overseas somewhere??)Jack in Colorado

because i have this shaver and needed a part for it, as it had worn a hole after years of use.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:packaging was not protective and there no instructions

Not usable
Poor Quality. Installed in razor and it cut whiskers very poorly. Razor was working hard to overcome friction just between the cutter and the foil. Put the old cutter and foil back in. Also it was poorly packaged, easily damaged.
