Gold 70s (Non-Pyramid) Teabags (Pack of 6, Total 420 Teabags)

I’m a regular tea drinker, and PG Tips Gold has quickly become my favorite. It’s incredibly smooth and rich, with none of the bitter aftertaste I sometimes get from other mass-market teas. It really does taste like an elevated version of an everyday cup of tea, without an elevated price tag. It’s especially good with a little cream, and for me it makes pretty much the perfect cup of tea. There are two minor drawbacks. The tea bags don’t have strings, so you’ll need a spoon to remove them. Also, I’ve ordered it more than once and the box can get a little battered during shipping. Neither affects the tea itself, but better packaging for shipment would be nice. For the quality and price, though, this one is absolutely a keeper. I’ll be buying it again.

The packaging on this product doesn’t look expensive for a nice tea - and that’s ok, the important thing is what’s inside! It’s a very smooth, delicious tea both hot and cold ( I make sun tea). Get the Gold box - it’s the best.

Really great tea. I’ve ordered it several times and the box is always a bit beat up. But I don’t mind and the tea is smoother and better tasting than regular P.G. Tips which also comes in a slightly beat up box.

My (Welsh) sister in law tells me there's three main British teas - Yorkshire, Tetley's, and PG. I've tried all three with this purchase (and this is an American's opinion.) PG (gold): probably the lightest if the three. Maybe lower tannins as well. I find it to be thin, but has a good flavor overall. Tetley's : not as thin as PG, somewhat stronger also, but I found it to taste flat, almost stale. Yorkshire (gold): the richest and fullest of the three. Heavy tannins. My favorite & well worth any additional cost.

This is my first time trying the PG Tips Gold and I'll definitely be buying it again. It makes a smooth delicious cup of tea.

El producto es caro carísimo y lo compre porque dice en su texto que las bolsitas son tipo pirámides. Pues bien, no es así (ver foto) Son bolsitas planas de dos en dos como el resto de las que se venden en Amazon. No merece la pena. Anuncio engañoso

Bevo varie tazze di tè ogni giorno è questa è in assoluto la mia miscela preferita. Il gusto è deciso, ma morbido e senza asprezze o amarezze e molto profumato. Ogni bustina contiene quasi 3 gr di tè, una volta e mezza rispetto alla maggioranza dei tè in bustine che si trovano al supermercato. Il costo è elevato, ma sono soldi ben spesi. L'importatore potrebbe sforzarsi di tradurre "PG tips gold pyramid bags" in modo meno insensato di "bustine di piramide d'oro".
