It works
Product is good, but I live in a wet cold environment and corrosion is starting to show. Cosmetic is losing but operation excellent.

Make sure you measure the offset and order the correct one.
Used it to replace an old latch on a walk in cooler. The attachment holes did not align and so I moved the latch up higher and drilled new screw holes. It was easy to install and works much better than the old latch,

Good product, buyer and seller not on same page as far as good fitment.
The back striker in back of door was too long, where notches were to hold the plate against door.

Pay attention to specifications. Not a one size fits all.
Wished specifications were more clear. Had to modify it slightly to make it fit.
