Not gonna lie, it has its cons- it's really dry. You will need a good primer to keep it on and the case is crap, cheap plastic. However, Colors are highly pigmented and can't beat the price... I use 90% of the colors to highlight the green in my hazel eyes, the orangish colors are used for my kids dress up.

i do not remember specifically, but I do remember it was made overseas. the pigment in this palette was SO MINIMAL, I tossed it out. If you want super pigmented colors, avoid this palette!

Yes. All shades in this palette have a shimmery, almost metallic finish. To make the color even bolder, I dampen my brushes before applying, use a primer on my lids and apply a matte white eyeshadow underneath bold colors. This pallete has some gorgeous shades.

Q: I have other baked eyeshadows, do you apply this with water?

I use it dry with an eye primer, or wet. Colors are nice and bold when applied wet. I have four of these palettes in various colors. The shadows are soft and mix well with water.
