Q: The thickness of this glue stick is 10" or the small one 7.5"?

This isn't a glue stick, it is a 77 ft. coil that fits a standard sized glue gun, not the mini glue gun. Not sure what the question meant by 10 inch or 7.5 inch thickness.

Q: What is the diameter and application temperature? One would think think such basic specs would be in the product description.

The diameter of the RR-77 is 7/16" and the applications is: High Temp for Wood, Plastic, Ceramic, Metal, Leather. Low temp is for Lace, Ribbon, Floral, Fabric, Foam. This glue works in both High Temp and Low Temp. Thank you for your continued interest and support in Surebonder Products.
