A great help for blepharitis and related dry eye
I have had blepharitis for over 30 years, which has also caused dry eye, near constant redness and swelling of my eyelid margin, and occasionally a chalazion. Upon waking, I would have to briefly put hot compresses on my eyes to remove the crusty stuff that felt like sand granules. Several times a year my eyes became so sensitive to light as a result of these conditions that I could not drive; a few times I had to pull off the highway and close my eyes for awhile to regain enough vision with sunglasses and squinting to finish a short drive home. My ophthalmologist says these are all symptoms of severe dry eye. I have tried so many treatments, from hot compresses, lid scrubs, baby shampoo, various prescription gels and ointments. Some of those give temporary relief, but the problem always seems to return. There are so many theories about dry eye and blepharitis, who knows what's the real cause, but of all the reading I've done on the topic, the demodex mites in the eyelid margins and the assorted body defenses against them create inflammation, which seems to contribute to a cause of much of the discomfort.I have used tea tree oil before, and even made my own versions mixing the oil with various other oils to dilute it over the years. They either burned so much it was hard to manage, or some from stores were just too weak. I got this product about 3 months ago, and used it in a manner somewhat different than the instructions. The idea of just rubbing it on your eyelid using a wipe, then washing it off did not seem strong enough to resolve the problem for me. Instead, I put about 4 drops of the oil on the end of a cotton swab every night, before bed. I rubbed the oil directly on the margin of my eyelids, where you could see the oil on the surface (not a thin layer). I went to sleep with it on my eyes, and when I woke up and showered, I let hot water wash it off, then followed with a gentle lid scrub. I did this for two weeks, and each day my eyes seemed better. By the end of two weeks I relatively no signs of blepharitis. No flakes on my eyes in the mornings, and no itching and swelling. Six weeks later and still no problems with the usual symptoms I've had for decades. I still use it, but not every night (probably 3-4 nights per week). As long as this continues to work, I will keep using it. For now, it has really kept my chronic blepharitis at bay. I highly recommend the product!

Great All-Natural Eyelid Hygiene Product!
We Love Eyesโ products are wonderful, particularly its tea tree oil-based eyelid wash. My regular use of this product has held at bay what were recurring bouts of eyelid flare-ups of my meibomian glandular dysfunction. In addition to warm compresses, I use this product twice daily, including during travel. My doctor is very pleased to hear that I am regularly using this product, which she highly touted. If you are incorporating eyelid hygiene therapy into your daily routine, then try going with this all-natural route; I prefer it rather than the highly chemical alternatives where I do not lose out on any effectiveness. Try it (and subscribe so that you never run out). Wishing you fresh eyes.

Post cataract surgery dry-eyes treatment.
I am following an Optimologist recommended treatment regime twice daily. First I must say that die eyes seem to be the latest effect of cataract surgery. Foaming facial cleanser, tea tree oil, spray disinfectant, and warm eye packs appear as a standard approach to dry-eyes treatment. Not all experts or manufacturers agree on what or how to use the seemingly over-priced required items for cleansing or disinfecting, which leads me to question the procedures. I have been treated for four months, and the perceived benefit to me has so far been marginal.

Good strong tea-oil for eyelashes
I put this on at night and it has helped my blepharitis on my eyes. In conjunction with tea tree soap it works well. It will sting your eyes if you apply it during awake hours and your eyes are open.

So far so good!
I just started using this product for my eyelids which crust over because of clogged oil glands. So far, my experience has been good. I use at night and find that when I wake, I do have less crusting. I am hoping with time this will unclog my glands so that I will not have to deal with this issue anymore.
