I recently purchased the Butterfly gas stove, and unfortunately, it has proven to be one of the worst investments I've made in kitchen appliances. The overall quality of this product is severely lacking, leading to a frustrating and regrettable experience. Firstly, the build quality of the Butterfly gas stove leaves much to be desired. The materials used seem flimsy and not durable, resulting in a stove that feels cheap and unreliable. The knobs and burners, in particular, exhibit poor craftsmanship, making it evident that corners were cut in the manufacturing process. Moreover, the performance of the stove has been consistently disappointing. The burners fail to provide consistent heat, resulting in uneven cooking. This inconsistency not only affects the quality of the prepared food but also adds unnecessary hassle to the cooking process. The flame control is unreliable, making it difficult to achieve the desired temperature for various cooking needs. Durability is a significant concern as well. Within a short period of use, signs of wear and tear became apparent, further confirming the subpar quality of the product. The enamel coating began chipping off, and the grates showed signs of rust, undermining the overall longevity of the stove. To make matters worse, attempting to seek assistance from customer service proved to be a cumbersome process. The lack of effective support in addressing these issues only added to the frustration of having invested hard-earned money in a product that falls far short of expectations. In conclusion, I strongly advise against purchasing the Butterfly gas stove. The combination of poor build quality, unreliable performance, and subpar durability make it an impractical and wasteful expense. I regret my decision to buy this product and hope that my experience serves as a cautionary tale for others in search of a reliable and durable gas stove. Save yourself the trouble and look for alternatives with better reviews and a proven track record.

Butterfly Glass Top stove - I bought on and Nov . 23 was Super wen performing No complaint at all till 1st Nov 2025. My Pressure cooker broken while Cooking and Same time my store also damaged glass top become damaged into Small Pieces ' one side bend'. will you Exchange it with another one' Anitha
