What is 7 inches? A figure or what?

Yes the human figures are around 7 inches

is this set for outdoor use?

It is not intended for outdoor use.

the 3 kings' gifts are fully removable from their arms.? And come whit certificate authenticity?

Hi Manuel, I can recall the kings holding boxes that contained the loose products (frankincense, myrrh, the gold was in a vial and wasn't loose). They do come with a certificate of authenticity as well.

Yes and very detailed and heirloom quality. I absolutely love this set and hope to be able to pass it down to my children one day!
