Knife to know you
Excellent knife I use as my chef knife. It remains as sharp as the day I received it. I found keeping a good edge on it was a little more challenging than other knives but well worth it. I have the chef’s knife also but prefer this one. (It’s a little small but manageable for the job) I have used it now for two years. My go to knife. If it breaks I would buy another one. I cook every day.

Nice size general use knife
Was looking for something a bit smaller than my large chef knife, when I don't need the heft. This is filling the bill nicely. I was initially thinking of a Santoku style, but I saw this on sale and I wanted a forged blade. Happy I went with this. It is very sharp and we'll see how it holds up. I have sharpened Wusthof knives for friends and they get scary sharp, so I assume I'll be able to maintain that with this one.

WÜSTHOF os truly an excellent brand
I have a thing about kitchen knives. They must hold a sharp edge and Wusthof has never disappointed. I must have. $3,000 invested in my kitchen knives and my favorites are always Wusthof. They are a type of stainless steel material, which some people absolutely hate but these have to be the exception. And this little 4.5 inch knife is no exception. It’s has a nice point perfect for intricate cuts. My only complaint is I wish the handle was a little larger in all regards and I wish they made a 5.5 inch version. This is more like a larger, wider paring knife. It could almost be your “go to” knife for 85% of your needs if it were just 1 inch longer. But I’d still recommend this knife to anyone who enjoys cutting with a quality knife and not “sawing” through your food during preparation. Plus I got it on sale for around $59 and free shipping with my prime account, a necessity living in Hawaii.

Charcuterie must have
These are one of the best knives money can buy. Sturdy, super sharp, easy to hold. Highly recommend!

Sharp knife, on the small size
This is a great knife. Very sharp and easy to cut items, however keep in mind the handle is for smaller hands so may not be suitable for everyone.

Sharp but not the sharpest
I was a little hesitant to buy this since I have quite a few high-end handmade Japanese knives. Really wanted to see what the Wusthof hype was about. The knife was sharp out of the box but compared to an off the shelf Global 6"kiritsuke which is about the least expensive knife that I own, it was lacking. I will not even compare it to an Aogami Japanese steel knife. There are some drawbacks of course with the Japanese steel, like my wife refusing to use them due to the care that comes along with the blade, so I will gift this to her.

Expensive, but worth it.
This is, by far, the best paring knife I've ever used. It is well balanced and holds an edge better and longer than any other I've used. It's expensive, but think of it as a lifetime purchase.

Buen cuchillo
El mango es sencillo pero se ve muy bien hecho, se siente bien en la mano, súper filoso, me hubiera gustado que le integraran un cubre filo o funda. Definitivamente compraría otro de esta marca.

Great knife for precision cutting
Great little knife, fantastic for vegetables, hassle back potatoes etc. Being a thin blade with a sharp angled tip, extremely useful in the kitchen.

End game kitchen knife
Quite possibly the only knife you’ll ever need! Not as flash as an artisan Japanese knife but feels good in the hand, blade is strong and resists twist - the size works well for vegetables or meat - and it’s easy to care for. I have a full set of Wüsthof knives (and a fancy Japanese one) and this little knife has fast become my ‘go to’.
