Great muesli product. Quality ingredients and very tasty. Excellent start to the day or sprinkled on yoghurt.

Tasty, healthy and moreish!!
I have found it difficult in the past to find a breakfast that is healthy, low in sugar (without losing taste) and one I would be happy having every day.Then I found Lizi's!Until a few years ago Lizi's did a breakfast "mix" which I found perfect. Sadly, I forget the name but this mix seemed to disappear from the shelves and I couldn't find it anywhere. I tried a number of other Cereals but most had too much sugar content or too little taste ... until I came across the 'new' Lizi's High Protein Nuts and Seeds mix. A portion of this with a sliced banana is now my regular brekky.Buying in bulk means I don't run out before I re-stock.
