Perfect for plus size. I am 5'6 320lbs, size 22/24 top female with 44DDD bust and a belly (spare tire) and this is borderline to big but it can be adjusted on the sides. I feel confident in this vest that it will fit and I wont drown. Love it!

I bought a small for my 9 year old who is the size of an 11 year old. It was a little big, but she will grow into it.
