This is exactly what we were looking for: a large capacity for larger packages, made of metal, that opens on both sides of the box (street side and sidewalk side). The magnet's strength and functionality are perfect—easy to open, and it fastens snugly and tightly when closed. The materials and paint quality are good; it was easy to install, and it looks great. We are very pleased with this purchase.

Saved a few dollars by buying used/like new. Mailbox had not been removed from box, just retaped a lot. We are impressed with the large size, strong magnetic closures of double doors & beefy sturdy professional quality and overall appearance.Instructions are simple to follow and our contractor son will have no problem with installation.Should there be any issues ahead,our honesty will update your readers. The reason I got a 2-sided open mailbox is because going up and down stair with psoriatic arthritis....hurts. I can open the box from the back so I don't have to use the stairs. I placed it on the porch for a quick removal of mail, very functional It is a nice light weight, but not too light and secure strong metal. It fits in my corner of my porch nicely. I love the typical look of a edge of the road mailbox. It is typical black, but you can paint and design on it. Good old fashioned box.

Like our new mailbox. We live on a busy road with lots of traffic. It is great not to get our mail on the road side and it is much bigger than a standard mailbox. 5 stars for sure .

Works well. Keeps you from having to step into the roadway to retrieve your mail. Also it is a little larger than a normal mailbox and will accept more of your Amazon packages than the normal box. It is well made and sturdy.
