I thought I'd try waxing using this kit. I didn't have good experiences with microwave waxes, strips, and plucking takes a long time. I prefer getting my brows threaded, which can get pricey. I have only used this 2-3 times and have been happy with how easy it is to use. It was new using this kind of wax, and I like it better than what I have used before. I use cups with it to not have to scrape out the cup the wax is heated in so I don't know how that works normally. I would say if they offered liner cups made for this machine it might make it even better! The ones I use look like cupcake holders that are thick.

It works well thus far and the scents are unmatched.I generally have to wax and thanks to this.. I have just saved a bunch of money in that regard. I can refill and replace items relatively inexpensively and very convenient. I had no idea how to use it before but this was easy to use and required little effort.NB:This is unbiased and non promotional.

I was fairly excited to try this kit since it includes wax - it’s a great deal, don’t get me wrong.HOWEVER,The wax included does NOT work. I should’ve tried it on my leg first but decided to go in and do it on my underarms. The wax only came off in pieces - needless to say, it was hard to remove and very painful. What could’ve been one yanking ended up turning into like 20 yankings on my UNDERARM! I’ve never had such an issue before. The temperature was perfect - i have experience with wax, and this wax that’s included is just not it.I gave 3 stars because of the warmer - the wax is ridiculous.

I love it! Be care careful can be hot aa it should be just let it cool a a few seconds before applying.

Great way to continue the smooth kitty at home.. I went three months getting waxed at a salon and after that I bought this product. I have to say that if I didn’t go and get waxed professionally I would be so scared to use this product but because the last time I went to the salon it took maybe 15 minutes I knew I was ready to try this out at home. I am so glad that I did. The first time i used it I had a great results and was very happy. The second time I used it I feel like it wasn’t pulling the hairs out properly. This is now the third time and I think I figured it out. Don’t let the wax dry out completely because it seems like it wasn’t holding the hairs as much but rather give it just a couple minutes for it to become hard yet still tacky and it worked perfectly. I am very happy with this product.

Unit is kind of cheaply made, but I expected that. It is not a professional wax heater so no huge deal here. However the wax that was sent with it is of terrible quality. It is clumpy and the oil separate. It was extremely difficult to melt although the unit was heating up just fine. It was very difficult to apply and I ended up burning myself because of the oil that separated. I have removed most of it and will buy different wax beads but it made for a very bad first experience with this unit. Make sure you purchase quality wax beads separately when ordering this unit.
