Piece of junk!
These are cheap worthless junk. More heat is lost through the huge opening in the top than actually heats the water! Amazon wants $59 to ship it back! Over half of it’s price. Buyers beware!

Wonderful
Installed this for my tiny house. Had to play a little bit with the settings at first but this unit works wonderfully.

water never gets warm enough to call hot
Product was priced great, seller uses FEDEX so of course there were multiple shipping issues that left me less than happy with the whole purchase. installation was pretty simple but after using the product for a while now I am very disappointed. the water never warms up much above room temp. so as long as you don't want a hot shower you may be happy with this product.

Worked for 3 days
This unit has been nothing but problems since the install. I was using this as a stock tank pool heater and it worked okay for about 3 days of use. It isn’t reliable as it only lights 7/10 times. It finally quit working yesterday. I’ve diagnosed it as a bad gas valve which you can’t buy parts for and even if you could it would be a pain to change.Also, the 20 minute timer can’t be disabled which means you have to physically turn the power switch on and off every twenty minutes. There are work arounds by adding a 110vac to 3vdc power supply and plugging it into a countdown timer but it is a hassle. Not worth your money. Look else where for a cheap heating solution.

Gas Valve failure on multiple units
I have now ordered two of these as the first one had a gas valve die so the unit refused to light. Purchased another one. Worked for a couple months then same deal... Removed gas valve and it now works I just manually have to turn the propane tank on and off. A definite safety hazard. Would not recommend at this point.

Product not Working.
I bought 5 water heaters and its not igniting. Water is passing thru it and the display lights are coming on but no ignition. I'm extremely disappointed. I lodged a report on amazon but to no avail.

Dangerously defective
The unit caught fire. Not much more needed to say. This thing can be very dangerous.
