Does this product contain bleach? the original spray bottle of Tilex says yes. If not, is this as good?

Yes. According to one of the bottles, this product contains 2.40% bleach (diluted Sodium hypochlorite).

i've got dark tile and grout, if this has bleach its a no-go. Do they still make Tilex without bleach?

The bottle indicates sodium hypochlorite; thus, it has bleach. I have no clue if a non-bleach version still exists. Just check possible cleaning products to assure sodium hypochlorite is not indicated on the container.
