It's a disk drive...it does what it's supposed to do. It's being used as a boot drive so I'm not anticipating too many writes to it. I'm thinking it should last a long time. Here's hoping!

Installed in seconds
Easy to install, worked straight away. Wish it had come with screws to install, but I had a WiFi module that came with 4 screws and I had spares.

Ssd dead after a week
Product worked fine for windows 8.1 I cloned hdd to ssd. Worked fine till today. I stalling windows 10 x64 pro it restarted and got stuck on hp logo. Tried many things to get it to work. so I just removed the ssd, installed old hdd and it worked just fine. Then turned off PC installed ssd with hdd and stays at the hp logo. Turned off PC removed ssd and then hdd began to boot. Cleared bios, tried to boot off usb but as soon as it goes into boot menu it gets stuck. So this sad is bad. Should have read the bad reviews first. Everyone has the exact same problems. Always read the bad reviews first because if they all have the same problem different symptoms it's a bad item.

Just what I needed!
Easy to replace a smaller SSD in laptop. Works great and lets me upgrade my laptop without a huge expense. Fast boots now!
