I read quite a few mixed reviews regarding this tap, I honestly have to that it was very easy to install and operate. The temperature of the water was incredible and did not take long before reaching 38 degrees Celsius, it could and can reach higher temperatures, but I feel this was a ambient temperature to set the tap at. In respect to value for money, well the saying is ' you get what you pay for, I feel I've that I've purchased a high end product without the high end price tag. So for anyone thats sceptical about purchasing this product, don't be. Its a fantastic tap, that looks and works perfectly. Will certainly be recommending to others looking for a simple solution to hot running water.

I’ve had 4 of these taps and they have been great but the last 2 have been absolutely useless, first one was leaking everytime it was used the second one the electric blew As soon as water came through to test it. Both fitted properly. All the other 4 are still working after 3 years and a year of everyday use. They must be changing the internal parts for cheaper options or something as it has cost me 3 times to have these taps fitted then removed to return.

My initial thought when unboxing was wow this is well made and has good certification. The tap is quite large but of course it is as it has to get a lump of water up to heat in 5 seconds so I should not have been surprised, it's 23cm from base to the top of the tap.The body material is ABS and not metal but again there is mains electricity and water in the same item so it has to be well insulated and ABS is strong and will keep you safe.The Chromework is excellent so I'd be surprised if the is any problem with that in the near.This is an update: The tap is part of a wet room installation and the biggest issue was getting the fitter to install the tap. In the end he fitted it as a cold tap and I connected the power via a fused spur external to the wet room, to comply with current regulations. I’m happy with this now as the device is protected by an RCD device on the distribution board and has a permanent earth connection.Four stars as the manuals explanation of the set up is quite poorly written and reads like a combination of several languages.Putting all of that stuff aside the tap works as I expected and I’m getting hot water (56 deg C when outdoors temperature was about six deg C) quickly and so I’m saving water and power and that’s what I wanted.

Was really sceptical when I opened the product as it is all very plastic. One installed and in use it is clear that it is well designed and built and extremely good for the price. Got water within a couple of seconds turn the flow down and it gets hot enough to stream turn it up and you get a nice temp to wash in. Have replaced the lurched and bathroom sink as I have just installed a power shower after removing the bath means I don't have to turn on the boiler at all which has saved about £1.00 per day according to the smart meter so will definitely pay for itself

I was reasonably happy with this tap when I bought it. It's a bit plasticky, but it's OK.It doesn't really get as hot as you'd like in the winter, even if you lower the flow, but that's really a limitation of the power you can draw from a 13A supply. Speaking of which, I believe this actually draws more than 13A so if you leave it running for say 5-10 minutes then in my experience it blows the fuse, but actually the fuse first gets extremely hot and I have melted a couple of plugs, so be warned.That was all manageable to me, but after around 18 months it started an intermittent fault, displaying either E0 or E3 and not getting warm. This has become more and more frequent to the point where I can't be confident of getting hot water at all now. I don't think that is a reasonable lifespan for an appliance like this. But since I have cut the counter top to suit it, and I need to use an electric option I'm not sure I have many options other than to buy another.

We have two basins and two stainless steel sinks, all fitted with electric hot water taps, three of the taps are Topser, the other is a more expensive tap from another manufacturer, The Topser ones are much better, much easier to use and quicker. If the expensive one ever fails I would replace it with a Topser. With Topser electric hot water taps hot water is available in seconds, previously we had to run the hot tap for ages before the water got hot, consequently our water consumption has gone down. Since the water supply to the Topser comes straight off the cold water mains I fill the kettle with hot water from the Topser so the kettle boils very quickly.

Great for a camper-van conversion.Ive got a simple water system setup in my camper with a submerged pump and a pressure change switch. These combined with this tap allows to have hot water on demand!When on hook up I can turn the wattage right up - 65c instant. When on battery, truen it down to 2200w which gives me about 35c - still great enough for a quick face wash or wash a few plates.The changeable wattage is what makes this tap brilliant for me.It doesnt use any power what so ever when tao not running but I activate and deactivate through alexa with a smart plug. Only turn on when needed. May prolong the life that others have complained about. Im about 6 weeks in and no issues at all.

Wow! This is just a huge piece of cheap plastic! It is very low quality and poor standard finish.Its very cheaply made and the light doesn't even work on it.It literally looks nothing like the picture and is not as described! Waste of time and money buying this... Very disappointed with the products look. Working to deadline the plumber went ahead and installed it.Within seconds of running the tape to test temperature, It started to SMOKE AND BURN!! Now the temperature doesnt work at all and on top of it all the company will not respond!!!!!!Do Not buy this product.
