Excellent
I have very very narrow nasal passages and also bone deviation further up which makes breathing difficult, in particular at night. Which wakes me up in the night if there’s even the tiniest amount of mucus. These dilators are amazing. For many years I was having to use nasal sprays to constrict the blood vessels to get an unbroken nights sleep ( you’re not meant to use sprays more than a week ). These dilators are so good, over a few months I've been able to stop using the spray in conjunction with the dilators on one side nostril and I’ve managed to reduce the amount of spray still needed on the other nostril to very minimal so far. The dilators are quite hard, so occasionally I do get a bit sore. I need the small size. Make sure they’re fully inserted with no hangout apart from the centre piece of course, so they don’t fall out in the night, if in doubt I’d recommend going down in size rather than up for that reason. I’ve not tried the soft versions because my nose is so narrow, I think they’d probably collapse and also be difficult to insert. Don’t be put off like I was with there being a lot in box, I have no clue how I manage it, but they are easy to loose. I’m on my second box now. I’ll never be without them.

Helped slightly
Really awkward and uncomfortable to use but helped slightly with breathing during the night.

Good range of sizes
Just ok, May work for you. Good that it has different sizes available in 1 pack.

Too hard, not soft.
I don’t know if I was sent the wrong ones, but these are hard. Most certainly NOT soft silicone, even though the label on the box says soft. I’m genuinely too scared to wear these up my nose in bed.

Works for me!!!
I have a big nose but teeny nasal passages. I am a side sleeper and gravity actually affects whichever nostril is on top too. I am a bad snorer, much to my wife’s displeasure! These nose vents work wonders for me!! Not only a much better nights sleep but a happy wife too 👍 I have been using them for over a year now. I don’t find them uncomfortable at all and have only found they have fallen out a handful of times. I obviously have the large for my huge conk, they are a good fit for me but I could probably go a fair bit bigger hahaha

Not for me
Here are my reviews for the following: -1. Breathe Right strips2. "Premium Nose Relief Nasal Dilator - (Pack of 8 - All Sizes)"3. "Nasal Medical Sport Enhancement Aid”“Breathe Right Nasal Strips, Stop Snoring Aids for Men & Women, Small/Medium Anti Snore Strips, Original Tan, 30 Strips”…These aren't the same as the 10 pack (clear) I bought from chemist for £6.10. These are a VERY sticky, solid plaster-type .... they adhere well but, as other reviewers have said, feel like they could rip your skin off when removing - as others suggest, moisten before removing. I have my nose under a running tap or remove in the shower: remove slowly and they won't damage your skin. They work in that they dilate the nostrils - these are the ones I re-order. (I can't comment about snoring as that's not a problem for me).I've tried the "Premium Nose Relief Nasal Dilator - (Pack of 8 - All Sizes)" - smallest size was the only one I could tolerate... they do open the nasal passages, but, because they're baulky, they also partly block them. They quickly went in the bin.I next tried the "Nasal Medical Sport Enhancement Aid - Nasal Dilator for Athletic Breathing", this I managed to keep in all night the first time. Opens the nostrils without the feeling that it's blocking them at all. Be careful to manoeuvre the piece in your nose gently. However, I tried to tolerate them during the day and had 2 problems... firstly, lots of irritating discomfort (scratches inside of nose). Secondly, as soon as I put it in, I wanted to blow my nose.... obvious problem ensued. In the end I gave up. The design seems good but they need to be made of a material that doesn't scratch/irritate the nose.Summary: -Breath Right strips are great at dilating the nostrils - moisten (well) before/during removal. The 2 types of in-nostril dilators need rethinking or improving imho.Hope this helps someone else ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Great.
These are what they call soft ones. Soft and pliable like silicone not the hard ones that are made of a more solid plastic that can be a little scratchy and tend to trap any muck in your nose when you take them out. I've used these for a few years and they're great but as a smoker working in the building trade they can also get to look a little yucky after a month or two even if you do wipe them off occasionally so I'm really happy to buy a pack of 12 at this price. I've got a very average sized nose, mediums are ok but this 'large' size suits me and really holds the tubes open. I don't snore now and sleep really well. All good.

Perfect for me.
After trying various other products these are perfect and effective for me. The soft silicone makes them comfortable to wear all night and i can breathe so much easier. although it doesnt completely stop me snoring but it is at a quieter level and my wife gets a lot more sleep now. i will have to get her some lol.
