This product, can be used in a hyundai santa fe 2004 2.4L 4cyl?

Yes, I am using it with my Hyundai as I am using it with all other cars.

How many quarts of transmission fluid (my tranny holds 11 quarts) does one bottle treat?

As far as I know, one bottle is good for the average automobile transmission.

can I use in toyota highlander 2003 four cylinder SUV?

What makes a Toyota Highlander different from any other internal combustion engine?

can this be used in a 2012 jeep patriot

It can be used in ANY transmission. My success story occurred in the 1990's when I put a bottle in a 1963 Oldsmobile that wouldn't move more than two or three miles an hour. One bottle and it was as good as new. Sold the Olds several years later and as far as I know, it is still going. Shouldn't have sold it.
