I first bought this product a few months ago. I have since been taking 2 tablets a day with my evening meal. I didn't notice it at first, but they also contain fiber! I can state first hand that they do not disappoint! They are a first rate anti-inflammatory! I get flare ups from time to time. Usually affecting my feet and sometimes my wrists. I broke my neck when I was 5 years old, it is a complication of a compressed nerve in my neck. The pills arrived promptly and look very fresh and are easy to swallow. Their not big but their not small either. I purchased these for my elderly mother because her cholesterol is a little high and she eats pretty healthy already. She has noticed no side effects from this and is very well tolerated by her body. We will find out her next blood test if her cholesterol has gone down. Aronia is a great berry w/so many health benefits its a win win for your health!
