Arrived promptly and solved my problerm
It arrived a couple of days earlier than expected, so that is good.It was a bit of a gamble as the old charger it replaced was showing correct voltage but the laptop was not charging or working. This new charger instantly powered up the computer even without a battery, and charged the battery when it was installed. The old charger presumably was not delivering sufficient current and/or there was voltage drop when connected.Happy days.
