but this regulator is pretty awesome. I decided to upgrade from the cheap ...
I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but this regulator is pretty awesome. I decided to upgrade from the cheap regulator that was included with my kegerator and am glad I did so far! It does a great job holding a steady pressure, and pressure is easy to adjust with the nob with no tools needed. As I was researching which regulator to buy, the only drawback I saw for this model is the lack of a manual pressure release valve. So far that has been a non-issue; if you follow the directions provided with the regulator for switching out CO2 tanks it seems like there should be no issues with the lack of the PRV. When deciding which regulator to buy I read that picking a high quality regulator is worth it, and I would definitely have to agree after making the switch. So far this seems to be a high quality regulator at a decent price!

Perfect upgrade for kegerators
Bought this for my kegerator, which came with a cheaper regulator that did not show the contents/pressure of the gas tank.I'm not sure what to say besides that it works perfectly-- it does not leak, the cutoff switch works great, and the pressure adjuster knob works is very easy to use.The gauges are clear and operate smoothly. The brass is well-formed (no dents, dings or defects). If you are looking to upgrade the regulator that came with your kegerator, this is what you want.NOTE: this same brand offers a dual-regulator. I originally purchased that one because I wanted to run two gas lines into my kegerator (it can hold 2x 1/6 kegs), but I did not think beforehand to check the width of the port on my kegerator that I run the lines through. Basically, the port was not wide enough, and I did not want to widen it myself, so I returned the dual regulator and reverted back to a single. Just figured I'd note this here, in case maybe it could save someone else the hassle in the future.

Good Gauge, worth the extra cost.
The gauge works well & seems to be built in a durable manner. The fittings don't seem to leak. The shut off valve seems to work well & holds pressure. (I closed the shut off valve, turned off the tank, & a week later both the high and low pressure gauges indicated that the pressure was still present. I opened the shut off &, as expected, the pressure bled off and both gauges read 0.)The only trick was learning how far out to pull the pressure adjustment knob to free it for turning. It took a lot of effort to pull it out the first time. since then, the knob has been easy to use.

Worked fine until it didn’t
The media could not be loaded. I’ve had this product for less than a year. I’ve never put more than 40psi through it. I kept losing CO2 over time and had to replace bottles more often than usual. Never could find the leak until today. It’s leaking from the pressure adjust knob. Too late for a return and company only offers 30 day warranty.

A little more expensive but a lot more reliable
I tried two other brands and found them unreliable. Spent a wee bit more on this Taprite and have been very happy with the quality.

Easy to use, easy to install; it works perfectly!
This was my first time replacing a regulator and it was not only extremely easy to install, but it functions beautifully. I did test for leaks once in use by spraying some starsan on the joints; no bubbles detected and was good to go. I would recommend you do the same so you don’t waste your tank of gas. Most importantly, you can easily dial in your desired psi. I have 2 beers on tap, a Kölsch and a NEIPA; they’ve both come out perfectly carbonated.

Seems good so far for carbonated water
Got this to make a system to replace the costly tanks used by the $oda$tream carbonator. I wanted a regulator that would do 55psi and this one was on the edge. But after setting it up and giving it a try it worked out well. The small valve on the hose end is nice as well when changing bottles. One issues that I did find is that you can't push it much over 55psi. If you do it will work but eventually the regulator will leak C02 as I think it's beyond it's range. Keeping it right at 55psi seems to be a good spot, and have now done over 50 bottles with no issues.

Works great for a Kegerator.
Ordered a different (cheaper) regulator, and it was terrible. Never worked right. Always got the pressure wrong. This one, took about 5 minutes to install, and worked like a CHARM. Perfect pressure. Perfect beer pours. The knob to adjust the pressure is huge, which helps a LOT when you want to make very small adjustments to pressure.
