How tall is it in inches?

I haven't removed it from the package yet, because its a Christmas present for my son. But he looks to be about 7 inches tall, so he is perfect for the 6 inch scale figures because he'll be taller than ask the Avengers except Hulk

Is the figure height really only six inches?

Ultron is part of the 6-inch line. However, all of the figures in that line are "close" to 6-inches and not exact. Some figures are bigger and some are smaller, trying to more accurately represent the character (for instance, Wolverine and Spider-Ham are smaller than 6-inches, whereas the Hulk is well over). In Ultron's case, he is part of the 6-inch line, but is closer to 7 1/2 inches (his knees are bent in the box and measures 7 1/2 inches, so with his legs fully straight he might actually be closer to 8. I hope that helps. - ACB Toys & Collectibles

Re size of figurine - is it 6 inches tall or 10.5 as stated in product dimensions? is 10.5 the size of the box? if so can you please clarify online

Figure is 6" with the box 10.5" tall total package height.

Is there paint on the back
