I’m less than a week into using this product and can already feel the benefits. I’ve used ashwaghanda and products with several of the other ingredients here in the past with some smaller effects but not to the extent of Jocko Go. It’s not an immediate reaction and you should definitively gauge your tolerance. The recommended dose is 3 pills 1-2x daily. I started with 1 in the morning and then 2 in the afternoon. I’m now doing 2 twice daily. What I feel most from this product is a big reduction in brain fog, increased mental clarity, and a slight boost to energy/motivation. I’ve also been a fairly consistent gym go’er for most of my life and now at 36 i sometimes feel that mid workout drag, this has eliminated that even 6-7 hours after my second dose. Overall I’m very pleased and will be ordering again.

This stuff is like lubrication for the brain. Thats the best way I can describe it. I can spit stuff out a little better when I'm talking and thinking at the same time. Been on it for about 6 months. Its worth it in my opinion but it isn't some kind of miracle tonic that will make you look like Jocko. But mentally it really helps.

Great value for your money! The pill size makes them easy to take and the taste of them isnt bad at all.

I am pretty much a stim freak. I found jocko to be not as strong but I found the sweet spot by taking 4 instead of 3 and stacking with 400 mg of l theanine. By themselves I didn't feel as much focus. I do feel conversations and speeches seem to be more fluid less brain scatter trying to think of what to say. When stacked with l theanine and taking 4 of them the energy is also sustained for about 6 to 7 hrs. It's important to know your stim threshold and there's nothing wrong with stacking to make it better. Still ,Jocko fuel it is a very good combo.

I had an energy drink addiction for several years. I would drink them daily just trying to make it through. I found these and changed everything. I started taking just one, so I knew how I felt. They made me feel awake, and I had no crash. I honestly felt like I was well rested. There is no crash either, which is a huge plus. They’re cheaper than energy drinks and make me feel better. Double win!

Helps with focus.

Since taking GO, I've noticed that after workouts and during work, my body will fatigue long before I lose the drive to continue. It's like a switch is flipped after I take it that says "we are going to go hard and fast forever". When I say that, I don't mean in a caffeine jittery energy drink kind of way, but in a natural, just have more energy and focus kind of way. I highly recommend for workouts OR work in general. I'm more focused, get more done, and feel like I'm constantly looking for that next task to do, instead of looking forward to down time. I truly feel like this has helped me get the most out of every day. Highly recommend. Disclaimer - I gave the flavor 5 stars because it's a capsule, and it doesn't really matter what the flavor is. I have no idea what it tastes like because I've never let it dissolve in my mouth.

I want to start this by saying I am a huge fan of Jocko and am on the path. I wanted to try these out because they are healthier than pre-workout and I like to use my money to support people I follow rather than faceless brands. All of this being said, these didn't do much for me, even at the 3 pill dosing. They did force me to focus and work harder to recoup the money I spent on these. Everyone is different though, if you are extremely caffeine sensitive to the point where a cup of coffee gets you going then these might work. If you are a big boy like me I imagine you would have to double the dose to get any noticeable effect and at that price, it's just too much. I will stick to his clothing and books from now on as the supplements are just too expensive.
