LorAnn Almond Bakery Emulsion, 4 ounce bottle - 4 pack

This butter flavor is good! It smelled a little suspect when I opened it, maybe too much of a chemical smell. But I thought I'd try it once on a small batch of caramel corn and it worked great.

I love LorAann emulsions and the strawberry didn't disappoint. It's a lovely pink shade so if you need colorless you'll need to find an extract. The flavor is strong without being overpowering and bakes up well. The scent is nice. It's an artificial flavoring so don't expect it to smell like a fresh strawberry but it's definitely less artificial smelling than my childhood Strawberry Shortcake doll.

I was reading recipes that recommended adding a butter flavor to bake goods, and I purchased this and it really worked great gives everything a buttery flavor

I used this to boost the flavor of raspberry wine. Any one ounce per gallon the flavor was strong and artificial. At one half an ounce the flavor was much better.

This rum flavoring is exactly what my egg nog coffee creamer made from scratch, of course needed!!! These LorAnn flavorings are fantastic and doesn’t have a yucky aftertaste!!

I didn’t even know such a product existed but as a cottage baker we can’t use real cream cheese but I needed that flavor…this is spot on! A little goes a long way and absolutely worth the price. Many of my customers had no idea that the cinnamon roll frosting wasn’t real cream cheese.

I use this to flavour loose leaf black tea and chai spices to make my own coconut chai. The viscous nature works better than other watery/alcohol flavourings at imparting flavour to dry ingredients.

I do not want to give a one star ever... and wont.We purchased this product for our cafe to use in our almond croissants in the almond butter we make. Unfortunately we used the entire bottle and wasted many croissants, it tasted like bubble gum. It didn't smell that way but it wasn't a full body smell of rum. Maybe the labels got mixed up? Not sure if this company does a bubble gum extract. Just really weird. Sooo if you purchase, just make sure it tastes like rum is all. I am sure it was a quality control issue or something. Things TOTALLY HAPPEN!!! We get it. I looked to see if I could get a hold of them another way, but maybe this way they could track the actually product that we purchased. Our team member made the baked goods and threw the bottle away. :-(

It’s got a lovely banana smell, again I use it in my diffuser and the smell of baked banana bread is going throughout the house. I definitely recommend it for somebody who might be trying to sell their house! Have a diffuser going with this song while you’re showing your house, people will buy it ha ha

Great Option

The flavor is amazing. I do a lot of baking and when I stumbled upon this product, was skeptic but when I started baking with them it was pleasantly surprised! I find that when a recipe calls for 1tsp of extract, with this product you only need to use 1/4th tsp. The smell is fantastic. I love these Emulsions!! worth every cent.

I'm buying LorAnn's very often for work. It worth every dollars. You can't compare with other brands (clubhouse for exemple)strong taste that last well; you can't go wrong.Had an excellent customer service from vendor (Papagino)
