These look good and seem well made. Packaging could have provided better protection to avoid minor rubbing/scratching the powder coat paint, but there were no chips, nicks, dents, or bends. Note that the screws pictured in the photo do not match those received. What they provided were counter-sunk hex head sharp point screws as shown on the schematic drawing.

I was not able to use these as my joists are 4" thick. These are only made for 2" thick joist. I was very disappointed as they would have looked gorgeous on my patio cover. It is past the return period, so it is a loss on my end.

These joist hangers are very nice and sturdy. They completed the look of our deck. We were originally only going to put them along one edge, but they looked so good we bought more for the whole area. Instalation is a little tricky, but they are worth it.
