This is the worst software I have ever TRIED to use. SO disappointed. No user help, finicky, DB photo linkages are impossible to maintain, even if you can create them. No means to start from a template and connect an external DB, you have to follow wizard from start to end

This software produces an awesome product, however, I CANNOT recommend it, especially for anyone using a MAC. It is sold as being Mac compatible, but is not compatible with Yosemite and no timetable for getting there. Also, and most important, many of the most vital printer functions are not available because it is designed for the printer to be controlled through the Windows print manager. I bought it, but the only way it can be used is using Windows 7 through Parallels on my Mac. Clunky, buggy, but at least I'm still in business. And their site has NO tech support FAQs, NO forums, and only a 2 hour window to reach the toll free tech department in Portugal. When I was originally trying to work out problems with the software and the Evolis printer, my only practical option was remote chat with a technician -- but I got up at 2am to do it.
