LEAKS

This is a $200 cooler we carefully researched and were very excited to get. We took it directly to a family vacation out of town. Literally the first moment we used it the plug started to leak. We tried everything including taping it and it still leaked. We contacted the seller and were only offered $20 to not return it! Needless to say, it is being returned. If you're going to spend this kind of money on a cooler, get anything but this. VERY disappointed.

Works great, I love it

I had this cooler next to my camper for 3 days. It still had I've, tookome it Home and left it in the garage. I pulled out a redbull two days layer and it was still could (must of the ice had melted)It would be nice if it had wheels. They can be purchase separate.

BEST BEAR PROOF MOLDED COOLER MADE IN USA and china for that matter

So here it is, made in the U.S.A. has been (unlike YETI who now has china make their coolers) we have had this cooler for 3 years, use it to carry FROZEN items to camp over a two day journey using dry ice. This keeps ice cream solid (not soft or melting. With 15lbs of dry ice, it will work for three days. After three days other foods (ground beef, bacon, etc with are still frozen), we will pull out of the cooler as the week progresses, and food starts to thaw.

Great ice retention but too big for me

(I bought this cooler via Costco.) The Otterbox Venture 25 has great ice retention, is sturdy, and screams high quality. However, this cooler is too big for just 25 qts, with its big fixed handles and protruding plastic formations to mount gear. Dimensions and pics are provided in the description, but it is difficult to get a sense of the size without seeing the cooler in person. I really wanted to use this cooler, but I have to return it because of its size, unfortunately.
