Q: Is the sheath for a right handed person or left handed person?

It comes right hand horizontal leather sheath but can be flipped to left if need be. It will take a little time for it to mold to the knife (unless you wet mold it) but it will work. I've done it to make sure.

Sorry answer didn't show but it's the swedge model

Q: Is this knife made in the u.s.? And how thick is the blade?

I believe all Bradford knives are made in the United States and the blade width is 0.14". Have owned mine for quite some time and highly recommend it.
