Size up
I ordered a size small because I have slender arms, but honestly it seemed pediatric sizing to me. Far, far too small for adult sizing. Recommend to go bigger...I would've needed a large. I'm not sure what people with actual large arms would get though. Likely a different brand.

Great immobilizer
Exactly what I was looking for and a great alternative to other expensive options for immobilizers. The straps can be trimmed also.

Wish they were a little shorter
It was great And I’m sure would work even better however couldn’t get the right length for my short arms.

Uncomfortable but it works
It's best to wear something underneath the brace. But over all the brace does what it needs to do.
