You would need a oil based food coloring

Does anyone know if these are gluten free?

According to the ingredients list, there are no ingredients that contain gluten but it does state that it is processed in a place that also processes wheat products. That means that there is a possibility of cross contamination which could be extremely problematic for people with Celiac or severe gluten or wheat allergies. For people with mild gluten sensitivity it may be okay. Always read the ingredients.
