I bought this phone case a year and a half ago and finally just replaced it after a drop on the floor finally bent the front plastic cover up near the camera and mic holes. Overall, this case has totally done its job. I’ve dropped my phone many times with this case and the phone itself still looks brand new. No scratches on either the front or back, I’ve never had a crack, nothing. The cons: The case itself does scratch over time - I’m amazed at how clear my screen seems now with the new front plastic piece - but it happens slowly over time, so I never even noticed it. The case also does collect dust and dirt under the edges of the opening for the home button, and it becomes visible (and ugly) over time. The case is also not super easy to take apart, which cuts as both a pro and a con (sturdy, but hard to clean). Finally, if you get any water on the screen and it migrates under the plastic front, the touch screen won’t work properly in that area until it dries HOURS later. Super annoying when it happens, but I usually wait it out rather than taking the case apart. There’s never been any long-term damage to the phone from this. Overall, this case has functioned perfectly for me. Minor design changes have been made since I first bought in February 2019, but nothing major. This case has been 100% worth it for me and I’m glad I was able to buy a replacement nearly two years later.

i have used Otterbox since i've carried iphones. The first i had was of excellent quality. Remained in impeccable condition no matter the use. Every following design was cheaper and flimsier. The colors would fade within 2 weeks, the overall case became flimsier. i thought: here is another case of a successful company who's decided to increase profit by reducing cost. So i stopped using Otterbox altogether. Got my new iphone yesterday and i came to order and found this one. i was very, very pleasantly surprised. First, i got the rose gold (so is my phone), it is very feminine. But the rubber coat is MUCH sturdier than any Otterbox that was released after the one for iphone3. The rubber on otterbox becomes loose and is very thin, you can notice it from the start. This one is much better. The screen protection is very thin, i don't know how well it will protect the screen yet, but at this point, i definitely recommend this if you liked the Defender series by Otterbox. And the price is unbeatable.

This is a sturdy, heavy-duty case. I bought it for my 88 year-old mother's first iPhone, needing something that would protect her phone in case she dropped it. The case was a little difficult to install on the phone, but once on there, it looks like armor. I would replace the case on my own phone with one like it except for one thing: I also ordered a wireless charger for her phone, and it would not work with this case. I tested the wireless charger using my own phone, whose case is not as thick, and the charger worked well with mine. That is the ONLY drawback. Otherwise, a really sturdy case with a built in screen protector that makes it easy to clean, doesn't affect the screen sensitivity and it fit very well.

So far this case is great. It looks really good, seems to be durable (I haven't had it very long), and works the way it should. I have an iPhone 7, and it fits like a glove. I can access all buttons, and, contrary to other reviews I've read, it was super easy to assemble. I had no problems not only getting my phone into it in the first place, but I've taken it apart multiple times to clean it and haven't had any problems there either. So far, I am very happy with this product and how well it works. I gave the touch screen 4 our of 5 stars only because it has a few dark specks on it that I can't seem to remove, but everything works just fine and it's not too distracting.

Just received my case today and while I can’t comment on the durability yet, I can tell you that it is gorgeous and feels like it’s a great quality. I purchased the pink color and it’s a beautiful dusty rose. Looks gorgeous on my gold iPhone. It consists of two main pieces: the interior screen protector (which you place your phone into first) and then the rubberized outer shell that wraps around it. No difficult plastic halves to break your nails on (like the Otterbox case)! All of the phone cutouts are perfectly placed and even with the case on it is nice and slim. MUCH more slim than it was with an Otterbox Defender. You won’t regret this purchase!

I went from being a person who had a cheap, sleek case on my past iphones (4, 5, 7) but after breaking my wife's iphone 7 screen twice in the last year (yes, I dropped her phone) I realized if we're going to keep not taking the insurance we should get sturdier cases.I came across this one, with really great reviews, here on Amazon. I'm pretty surprised by how damn sturdy this case is. It took 2 seconds to put it on (make sure your screen is clean first) and it's so snug. The edges come out quite a bit from the edges of the phone (so you know it's got a lot of cushion). It feels like I have a brand new phone.I'm very happy with this purchase.

I recently fixed the screen on my iPhone which I finally paid off in its entirety, so I am extremely invested in preserving it. Keep that in mind.This case is multi-pieced, with soft absorbent parts and a hard insulatory back and frame. There is also an attached plastic window, which makes it so that your phone is completely encased. It is a very good case.My issue is with the plastic screen window. It doesn’t make proper contact with the touch screen, so it tends to open new windows, not register touch, and is just a general nuisance. I kept pulling the case apart, cleaning the screens, readjusting the phone inside the frame, and at last I ended up cutting the plastic out and putting a glass screen protector on my phone. Works A LOT better.So good idea, but the execution leaves some to be desired. Maybe if the built in protector was glass or separate altogether it would work a lot better.

I wondered if the case might be slippery to hold onto, but it is not. Feels good to grip. Very secure. Push buttons work wonderfully. Touch screen stills works superbly.I got the blue one and my phone is white, so rather than being black at top and bottom of the screen and back where the apple shows as in the picture, you will see white. Just a heads up if you are expecting it to be all black with the blue around the outside of your screenI don't know about durability as I have only had it for a day, but feel as though it will be good.

Ich fand es gut. Handy war geschützt. Wenn meine Tochter diese nicht durch ihre unsinnigen anderen nichttaugenden aber ihrer Meinung auch schützenden stylischeren Hüllen getauscht hätte, wäre das Telefon sicher heute noch heile.

This product fits my iPhone 8 just right. It’s very responsive to touch.I’m happy with this case. I have not dropped my phone yet so don’t know how durable it is. I previous had a glass cover on my iPhone and it cracked after a few drops. (I gave a kitten that likes playing with the iPhone cord and it took a few drops of a end table) Then several spots were not responsive due to the glass cracks. This case would not fit the iPhone with the glass cover in place on the iphone. I easily removed the glass cover after watching YouTube instructions.
