Great quality
Shipping was flawless and everything was well-packed. I put this unit together myself but 2 people are recommended by Magikflame for assembly. Howard with customer service was excellent and clearly answered my questions. The Artemis dark finish is beautiful and has a nice patina that looks great even when the fireplace is not illuminated. The flame selection and sound effects are amazing and the ambiance of the hearth is inviting. This is a heavy-duty mantel that is expertly designed. I would highly recommend this for anyone who can't have a real fireplace or doesn't want the hassle of wood and gas anymore. The included picture is in a bright room on a sunny day and the flames are still brilliant. Once the room is dark they are breathtaking.

Install one side of the glass bracket into place first.
Very well engineered, everything was simple except for the glass installation. It is better to install one of the metal brackets first and then work the glass into position. Then secure the other bracket. I discussed with MagikFlame that this should be reengineered.

We just received today and love it!! Mantel is very high quality and love the crackling sounds, nature sounds and different flame options!!
