Spring Chef Premium Fine Mesh Strainers, 100% Stainless Steel, Set of 3 Kitchen Sieves

I was excited to buy this product and was impressed with delivery and the look and feel of these sieves; however this product cost $17.00 and only 2 were in the set. I was extremely disappointed that the smallest sieve (3 in) was NOT included. That smaller sieve was why I ordered the set in the first place. For the price there should have been 3. My rating would've been 5 stars but with NO 3-in, I'm dead in the water for what I needed it for....for now.UPDATE:I am pleased to say that I have received my new 3-piece set of sieves after returning the original. Very sturdy and was put to use the next day. They hang on my bakers rack nicely. Thanks Amazon for such a speedy recovery. I was able to return my item at Kohls and received my new order 2 days after returning. These are great sifters for the price, and I am now happy and changing my rating to 5 stars!

These look and work great. The largest one arrived with a slight bend in the mesh but that was easily worked out by hand. The strainers are deep enough to hold a fair amount of grains or anything else you need to throw in them. They strain well enough for even small grains and clean about as easily as any strainers I’ve owned. There is no gap where the mesh meets the rim so that’s a plus too. Overall these seem to be good quality and a solid addition to our kitchen.

I’ve only had them a week, but these strainers were exactly what I was looking for. They're nice and heavy and very good quality. No sharp edges and sub par joins like so much kitchen “stainless” that’s made in China. And no weird logos etched on. I’ll keep & use these! I had to sift through a lot of options before choosing these and I'm very satisfied with my purchase so far. These are the kind of quality I’d expect to find in a US restaurant supply.

excellent quality. amazon packed it underneath a gallon container & it withstood the shipping with only a small area of denting in the mesh- I just worked it out & straightened it rather than go thru the hassel of returning it . That was not the fault of the strainer. I just would like to find the same quality strainer, with a deeper basket and possible an inch longer handle for hanging across the sink. It fits across the sink now but just barely, you have to be careful. I knew the measurements when I bought it and it was exactly as stated. If I need to do 16 oz of pasta or a large head of broccoli , etc. I just need to use a larger strainer

I like this strainer because it is sturdy and sized perfectly for my purpose. I make large quantities of tea with organic leaves and seeds that require straining after boiling. I had strainers that did not work as well as this strainer does. It is sturdy, and fits the mouth of my pot perfetly. The result is a delicious, clean and wholesome organic tea

These strainers are great for making almond milk. Its fine mesh catches most of the almond pulp. I have to run the milk through the strainer about 3 times to get it all but its easier than using a nut bag. I also us to wash my rice before I cook it. They seem to be well made and hold up well when using.

You won't be disappointed. This is ideal for fine straining -- it can catch the smallest of particles. They are also heavy duty and quality made -- not flemsy. Highly recommend. You will need to hold the strainer over pots or certain containers that are not heavy in weight... otherwise, they might tip over your container. These strainers are not light weight (and they are not heavy)... but they may be to weighty for aluminum. Just be aware of this...
