Description

The designers at Abel took on the common fly fishing zinger this year and recreated it into a durable, high performance piece of angling equipment. First off, instead of using plastic for the body like most bargain retractors, they chose to use cold finished aerospace-grade aluminum. Next up for improvement was the retractor cord. Abel uses a 36-inch spectra/nylon blended cord with a 40-pound test strength to ensure that it never breaks or unravels. The Abel Zinger attaches to any vest, bag, or pack with either a screw mechanism on the back or an S carabiner on the top.
