Protect cable connection.
They work well on the whole, but are difficult to install on the slightly thicker cables. I would recommend though.

I had another set before. They were a little bit softer. These are a bit cheaper plastic. But does the job for the price.

Good, simple design which protects my USB lightning cables from their original design weakness...
Great little design which helps to protect the weak spot of all Apple lightning connectors, the point where the thin cable is repeatedly bent and stressed when in use ie attaching and disconnecting it. I have now fitted them to all my cables. What a shame all those bright designers at Apple could not simply design the original lightning cable/connector better.

Misleading pictures!
I have especially chosen this listing as the photos show dual-color protectors that I wanted.The items I received work as intended but unfortunately, they are plain, single colored (black and gray - the third picture I attached). Fast delivery and good communication with a seller Sasiki but please update listing description.
