Auto Car Truck Registration Insurance Document Holder Wallet Black Case Id Card

Quintessential car paper organizer: two thin sections that hold registration and insurance papers behind transparent plastic, secured by two dots of velcro. This item meets my needs and has been a repeat purchase as the clear plastic doesn't cloud up and is tight enough to not have papers fall out when I open it, and the whole wallet maintains its shape and doesn't droop/sag after being in a hot car for years on end. In fact, I still use the same wallet I purchased ten plus years ago in my current car, without any issues with the velcro! It holds ten plus years worth of papers, plus the odd note. Every car should have one of these, as it makes organizing papers that much easier when the time comes (selling the car, getting pulled over, etc...).

After having one of these years ago, I've been wanting to buy again. I had been using plastic, single sleeve document holders. Each time that I had to replace the insurance ID card, it was a struggle because it was a tight fit and the card was very thin and flimsy. Finally I bought 3 of these and have no regret. They are so easy to load and remove documents, Plus they open like a book with a sleeve on each side and are held closed by a Velcro type patch. Although they are only plastic, they do not get opened and closed very often (unless you are a driver that is a magnet for the police). I will surely buy again if the need arises.

Very nice to hold onto your papers. I recently got in a minor accident, and like to think that the professional look of this baby helped the officer determine that I was not at fault. In truth, I was quite thankful for this thing in the moment; it was my first accident and my trembling hands were fumbling all about in the glovebox until they were able to latch onto this. Why four stars? As other reviewers have stated, the ink of your papers does transfer to the clear pocket after a hot summer in your glovebox. Which is unfortunate, but you have to take the papers out and unfold them to see them fully anyway. It is a small holder, so if your registration is a full 8x11" sheet of paper, you'll have to fold it a couple times to fit it in, and it might be a tight squeeze but will give enough to allow you to insert it.

Pretty simply really. It fits the registration and insurance card perfectly providing protection in a cheap and effective way! Can't go wrong. I especially love the super "cool" gold outline car on the cover. All my friends are jealous.

The holder is okay, just a tad flimsy. Serves the purpose tho. You really don't need much space to store it.
