I bought the lamp at IKEA but it did not include the proprietary bulb
Luckily, this bulb was available on Amazon for a decent price. The bulb works as advertised.

Misleading Description
While the review said these were 120v LEDs they are actually 220v. I asked the supplier if they carried 120v lamps and they said they did not. I returned them all.
