Essential Elixir
If you want to make a Sazerac (and why wouldn’t you?) this is an essential ingredient. However, we’ve also taken to adding this New Orleans’ staple to a range of other Bourbon, Brandy and Rye based cocktails. Quite simply, it’s my favourite bitters.

Decent alternative to Angostura bitters
I wanted something different from the usual bitters I use. While it's quite a different taste than I'm using to, it's not too bad. Not sensational, but nice enough and reasonable price too.

Lovely cherry tast and just perfect in gin.
Usually go for a different brand but this was cheaper. Not comparable but a lovely flavour and good price.
