Great for cocktails
One of my favourite bitters for cocktails.Has cinnamon and aniseed hints.Goes in my manhattans with orange bitters instead of angostura, gives a more complex, deep taste.

If you like classic cocktails you need this
I love Peychaud and always try to keep some on the shelf next to Angostura, perfect in a Old Fashioned, Manhattan (I often use both Angostura and this for some cocktails) or splashed into gin or vodka.

Useful
Seems a little more subtle than the usual Angostura.

Essential Elixir
If you want to make a Sazerac (and why wouldn’t you?) this is an essential ingredient. However, we’ve also taken to adding this New Orleans’ staple to a range of other Bourbon, Brandy and Rye based cocktails. Quite simply, it’s my favourite bitters.
