ProsourceFitFlex Foam Rollers for Muscle Massage, Physical Therapy, Core & Balance Exercises Stabilization

Recovering from torn ACL and torn meniscus. Purchased this to help my at-home exercises, as I am still struggling with range of motion and straightening my leg months after surgery. Also tend to have tight calves in general. This is a nice, sturdy item. I was concerned that it wouldn't be the same quality as what I use as physical therapy, but this is almost identical. Very pleased with it!

Highly effective! I bought this to replace an old foam roller. The firmness on this roller is absolutely perfect. My old roller was getting squishy, but this one has rather hard firmness, yet not too hard. I have had five back surgery and this is my go-to when my back and shoulders feel tight. It is great for stretching out my back and soothing sore muscles around my shoulder blades. The company who makes this roller definitely knows what it’s doing in terms of physical therapy and effectiveness.

I have ankle and foot problems and my doctor sent me to physical therapy in the hopes of avoiding surgery. They used almost exactly this device for a variety of up and down on the balls of your feet/foot to strengthen the muscles in your ankles and stretch out the souls of your feet. It works. This one is harder than the one at the pt place and so I had to scale back my routine and work up to it again. It was the softest one I could find but it is still significantly stiffer than the one at the pt place - maybe just because theirs was heavily used, but I think it was actually made of a more pliable foam. I would have preferred that but couldn’t find it anywhere and none of the others on Amazon looked even as soft as this one. It does the trick and I recommend it, but it looks like the softer ones so I thought I should let potential buyers know that it’s pretty hard and requires one who has been using a softer one (more like swimming pool tube hardness) that they will have to work their way back up to the routine to which they are accustomed. But it’s solid and has smooth edges, unlike some others I have read about in the reviews. Overall an A+ once you’ve gotten used to it.

If you are looking for a high quality foam roller look no further. I used one of these from my Pilates stretch class that was so life changing that I had to get one for my personal everyday use. This is great for an overall body stretch. It is very durable and can withstand a lot of weight. Go ahead and get this one! It is worth the money!!!

This is great IF you want a REALLY firm roller. I was seeking a medium firm one, and this is almost rock hard and painful to use.
