You need to use a computer connected via USB cable to the printer to set it up, which includes connecting to your WIFI with the WIFI password, if the WIFI requires a password. Once set up, you can disconnect the computer from the printer. The printer is then discoverable on the WIFI network and any device connected to the WIFI network can send jobs to the printer. I have multiple computers (Windows, iPad, and Mac) as well multiple smart phones on my WIFI network and all can send jobs to the printer.

Q: Has anyone printed 3x5 index cards? Will it hold a stack of them and feed from a stack?
