I like these beans than any other, plus it will fill you up and you can get lean quicker.

Good tasting and versatile. A change from potatoes or add them to soup like cream of mushroom or chicken. But beware they may cause you gas so use sparingly if that’s a problem for you.

Great flavor and creaminess. I recently used them to make an orzo and bean salad for a get-together. With a simple dressing of olive oil and lemon, added in feta cheese, fresh herbs, and calamata olives, it was a hit! My only complaint about them is that they can be mushy and the texture seems overcooked. Add them as the very last ingredient so you don't squash them too much, then let everything soak in the dressing.

good product when the cook doesn't have time to soak beans. we use these cans for quick soups mostly but encourage others to add the beans at the end otherwise they tend to fall apart, especially if using an instantpot. these beans are fully cooked and we use the juice from the can also to help flavor our soups. Not overly salty, soft but in tact texture, and excellent for vegetarians needing a supply of protein.
