I'm a 26-year-old male and I've been using the .75mm Derma Roller (I don't use anything shorter or longer) for over 6 months in an attempt to get my front hairline and thickness back to a decent look, so far I've seen some pretty good results, I've noticed the VERY small blonde baby hairs on the fading hairline of my forehead increasing in length and amount of hair. It's worth mentioning my daily regimen is using the derma roller twice a day with minodoxyl (I honestly use more than recommended), I take collagen pills, biotin, and 1mg finistride tablets every day also for the past 4 or 5 months. I'd say consistency is key.What I've understood: when doing this regimen the hair follicle increases in diameter over the period for about 6 months. There quite a bit of blonde baby hairs (very small) that have been growing over the past couple of months...and I've noticed they start to turn a little darker and I think to my normal hair color w out the sun which is light brown, this is when the follicle is getting back to its adult strength.PS. I use one derma roller for about a month and a half or so - IDK is this is bad lol but I clean if before and after use with Isopropyl or an alcohol....I think it's important to make sure your hands, scalp and dermaroller are clean....in order to not contract any diseases like Lupis etc...Hope it helps.

Finally, a derma roller that holds promise. I've gone through several brands, sizes, and types of derma roller, and was left dismayed, but I never gave up hope. I can honestly say I found one that works for my purpose, which is to stimulate dull, dead hair follicles for collagen production.The size of 0.75 is the most optimum for this purpose. Again, I've tried every size, from 0.25 to 3.0. 0.75 is optimal. The needles are very sharp.I would recommend pairing it with "Jamaican Mango & Lime Jamaican Black Castor oil, with Vitamins A, D, and E" castor oil, which can be had at Walmart for about 8 bucks. Out of all the promising hair growing products on the market, anecdotally speaking, I would say this one is the best and actually works.This + the aforementioned castor oil will get you great results.

This completely changed my skin! After using this not even that regularly my skin has improved so much. I use it with a vitamin c and collagen serum and then put on a collagen mask right after then use moisturizer. The microneedling helps my skin absorb everything so much better. Definitely take advantage of it being able to absorb more and use a good moisturizer after. It brought an evenness to my skin and it feels so much softer. I’m not sure if it is helping with any scarring but it’s made my skin appear a lot healthier. I use it at night and it burns a little after but in the morning it’s back to normal just better skin.

The description said .75mm. When I received it, it said 1.5mm. I was nervous to use that size of needle, but it ended up being okay. Even though the description was wrong, I am happy with the purchase.

I like the Length of the Needles.

I gave it 3 stars only because a couple of the needles are bent and it scratches me a little. Other than that I love microneedling. I'm about to go up to a 1mm. I started with a . 3 but I couldn't feel it doing much. The . 75 is much better but now it's time to take it a step deeper. I use a homemade hyaluronic serum before and after microneedling and my skin is so smooth and alive!!
