Not a bad cover
First off this is NOT neoprene it is more like a fleece material. That being said I did not expect a bump cover, just something to keep it safe from scratches and dings in a case. For the price what do you expect? I still plan on getting at least an objective cap but I'll still keep this cover on for storage. I am using a medium size on a Burris RT6 just a bit over 10" long. It is a little loose once on but not so loose there's any reasonable chance of it falling off. It takes a little bit of a stretch to get it on, just enough to let you know it's going to stay on. You could fit it over an 11" scope no problem but a 12" might be getting close to it's limits depending on lens sizes.

Product good sizing a problem
The measurements are for the overall size of the product not really for the size of the scope. The opening is not going to allow for easy placement on a scope. There is minimal stretch but don't expect to put the medium size on ten inch scope. You might get it on, but it's likely deforming any rubber eyepiece. Get the next size up. For a good fit.

Perfect scope cover
High quality, worthy re-purchase value, and soft to the touch. I actually use this to cover a LVPO (Vortex Strike Eagle II) with a prominent throw lever and it covers my scope plentiful. If you’re looking for a quality scope cover, I do recommend this Burris cover. You won’t regret it!
