Why is my leave still light yellow/green and not fully green like above, what fertilizer to use?

I use osmocote for fertilizer. Young leaves tends to be lighter in color. This plant tends to have lighter color leaves. If all leave are pale & yellow-ish, over watering may cause this, and also lacking linght and low huminity level. Hope this helps

yes, it grows year round, but it is one of the harder plant to take care of and keep it healthy.. it likes humidity and shady area.. hope this helps..
