I take two of these with every meal; I started with one and it was not enough. I am old enough that my stomach acid production is starting to go down, which interferes with mineral absorption and also makes it easier for parasites to make it through intact. This is a supplement that you have to experiment with to find the right amount. You slowly raise the amount per meal until you are approaching the discomfort level, and then you back off until it's just right, according to my doctor. Works well for me.

I struggling with low stomach acid and food undigesting for 15 years .i have tried many BetaineHCl products and this one works the best. It's a little pricey then other brands,but that's why I think it works.i would highly recommend.

Of all supplements I have bought off of the internet , this one actually WORKS!I take two pills at the beginning of big meals. The effect also is cumulative. First week I still had some heart burn. Then bit by bit the heart burn went away and now today after 3 weeks of use I can even skip taking it some days with some meals.I am very happy that I can even eat and just take a nap for the first time since my twenties. It’s no problem. No heart burn no waking up choking on acid.This is a lifesaver for my type of acid reflux. I have completely stopped taking proton pump inhibitors. I just chew on two gaviscons tabs at bedtime some nights and that’s it.I feel better. My digestion is better Nd even my gut got a little smaller and the swelling went down some.Very happy. I have bought this before and it worked great. Then I switched to different brands that were much cheaper and this one is by far the best and I am a repeat customer. Thanks for making a great product. My acid reflux is totally gone with this product.

This probably works for a lot of people but my daughter took one capsule and it triggered a flare as soon as she took it. Had severe burning stomach and could hardly eat any thing. Waste of money for us she couldn't tolerate it at all.......

My body can't digest proteins so my Naturopath suggested this product. I take 2 before meals and 1 if I'm snacking. For the first time since 2007 I'm able to sleep without drugs. It has a calming effect because my body isnt struggling to digest food.

Recommended by my physician when it was discovered that I was not properly digesting my food. I no longer feel hungry all of the time. After breaking at least one toe every month for more than a year, my toes are intact and whole now that I can properly utilize the calcium supplements that were not being digested.
