Bought this 3 weeks ago. After using this I felt that the product deserves a positive review. The product has elegant look and performs even better. The price is very reasonable compared to expensive big brands. My family is fully satisfied. Thanks to Seavy technician who did a good job of installing quickly and efficiently.. This is review after 2 days of using. Most positive things is chimney comes with installation kit. Aluminum pipes gives a elegant look. Installation is very easy, drilling is required on 3 point only, and you have to pay 600/- as installation charge, it is little bit high against of this work. But it is not mandatory, you can install it own. Product package need to modify. Overall design is nice. Heat clean is also working, it can be effective after a month. Main item is motor, let's see how long it will work. Last 9 years I was Glen chimney user. After breakdown of motor, Glen offer me new motor of RS. 3500/- without warranty. So I decided to take new chimney. So after warranty support system is very poor. Let's see what happens with Seavy.

I had a doubt while buying this one instead of branded Hindware or Elica. After buying this product I thought I made right decision. This looks classic and user friendly. Using this chimney from more than a month and it's value for money. Suction power is enough for small kitchen. Not soo noisy.

I got this Chimney on the 10th August 2019. Now one and half month has passed since I bought this chimney, no one even care to call from Seavy for the free installation at my place. When we called they say they have no Service in my area, except Ernakulam and Thrissur in Kerala State. In the Amazon site they advertise that they have well organised Pan India Service. So whoever buying this stupid Chimney, make sure that they will come to install the chimney at your place. Even they did not provide me with a warranty card. How careless they are! Why would I have a warranty card in the first place, when no one can come to my place for the installation? So my Rs.10,000 is gone.

Product is good but as claimed about operation without touching the touch pad does not work. The product went out of order due to PCV drffect within one month of its use and due to Pandemic the warranty service was also delayed for more than 4 months. However the deffect was made good after July20 that too after many requests. The titenium finish is not upto the mark. However it ifelt that in consideration to its price the product is ok. It is also learnt, after installation, that most of the parts are made in China thus durability of Product is questionable.

I liked the product in all sense right from its quick installation from Seavy's authorized technician who installed the chimney perfectly, its customer support team for addressing my installation request on priority. So far the chimey is working really well and most imp the noice is very less and suction capacity is excellent too.

Good product. little noisy, but i guess any 1200 chimney makes noise. Mostly use it on lowest setting. Service for installation was prompt and the service person came 3 times as I needed a carpenter to cut into the woodwork. Hopefully service will as prompt as that. considering the price point, its a nice buy.

Hi, Last 1 week I am using this product, It seems its good. I paid 2000 Rs for 2 concrete holes and 1600 Rs(600 for Installation and 1000 for extra duct pipe), so totally 3600 paid for installation which is 36% of product cost. But when I was buying they mentioned installation is free, but they cost 600.
