I am also using a prescription “magic mouthwash” and had my mouth ulcers treated by my dentist. However, there was definitely an increase in the speed of healing after I started using these. I have had debilitatingly large ulcers from stress in the past 6 months. I’ve been screened for oral cancer-negative. I’ve had ulcers in my life, but these are brutal the size of dimes. I didn’t change my diet, meds, nothing except an added level of stress, which I am trying to mitigate with mind/body work. All that said, I think these lozenges helped the ulcers heal quicker. They don’t provide immediate relief, but they also don’t acutely make things worse.

Size? Much too thick and too large. Each tablet is twice the size of a Tum, so they are awkward, painful and do not adhere to the spot you need to apply them.Warmth? Nope. it’s like putting spearmint gum up against a wound. So painful and not quite sure what the point of this pill is to be exactly.Bottom line: Does it work? No. Lol. Not even in the slightest. It not only says on the box “Not to be used for any treatment purposes” (thought: doesn’t that defeat the entire purpose of this?) but in fact, it makes your canker sore MORE irritated and enlarged! So angry, in fact, that mine actually got significantly larger and more inflamed after using.This product is awful. Do not buy this, but rather, consult a doctor to prescribe an antibiotic dental paste that you can apply directly to your canker sores that actually adhere and allow them to heal without any pain.I hate companies like this one, who take advantage of people struggling with any sort of personal complications and choose to exploit them for profit. This product should not be allowed on the Amazon marketplace. It’s a scam, point-blank.

I followed the directions and applied 2x a day. 1 at noon and 1 before I go to bed. The sore is 80% healed in 2 days. The tablets taste good and smooth and dissolves within 2 minutes. It does not numb. Just keep it above the sore if possible while consuming. Works very well but pricey.

I am uncertain if this product works. I had two terribly painful canker sores next to each other right below my lip, and I tried the tablets as instructed on the package. The area burned like salt in the wounds, and did not provide any pain relief.I continued to use as directed for two days after, and have noticed a dramatic improvement. I am now able to eat and speak without pain, but I am uncertain if the improvement is due to this product.I can only suggest that if you try the tablets, do not expect instant relief, but it may quicken the healing time.

Talk about pain relief! I must have burned the roof of my mouth or something, but I developed a really sore patch that was not being relieved with Oragel for a good enough length of time. Each time I spoke or ate, I irritated the area even more.These tablets were a savior! You clean your hands, clean and pat the area of your mouth sore dry, take out a tablet on your pointer finger and then hold it onto the area. It hurts a bit to apply pressure to an already sore area, but the tablet begins to gel and meld over the sore spot. It creates a gel/gummy “bandaid” or protective cap to the sore spot - allowing it time to heal.I loved these, I went through a whole package, so I bought more to have on hand.

After using twice, I can eat normally again. It is a lozenges and not a patch so it won’t stick. I will continue using it and update my progressPS. I have UC, and it is common to have canker sores on a regular basis, I’ve used mouthwash, patches and other home remedies and results are just too slow and can leave a burning feeling in my mouth.I’d rather spend $21.99 for a quick relief and not suffer for 2 weeks not eating

Maybe this works on very new cankersores but I had one that’s about a week old, Massive & so painful I can’t eat. Putting this tums-size pill on it hurts SO bad. Once it dissolves there’s relief for about 5 min.. it’s not numb it just feels a little less painful. Then it wears off immediately. I tried to have a meal after one and it wore after a few bites. If this was a $5 pack I wouldn’t be upset but for the price it’s so not worth it.
