I want to thank the vendor, PlanIt Big Supply. My can came without the included lid. I contacted the vendor who said to return the item and a new set would be delivered. I thought I was to bring the can back to a UPS store. The next day, UPS came to my home to pick ip the can. Then, I received the can plus lid a day later. What great customer service! The can is sturdy and just what I needed. Thanks Planit Big Supply!

The can itself was OK but it came with a cheap thin lid that was all warped and didn't latch properly. Definitely NOT the lid show which matches the can I have and wanted to duplicate. Realized it wasn't a prime item and requires shipping cost to return so I am stuck with it.

This Rubbermaid can appears to be made differently than the one it's replacing. I've had the old one for years and only recently has the old one started splitting so... out with the old and in with the new. The material is not as thick as the old can and that raises my skepticism concerning the can's durability. I'm not saying this is a good or bad thing since technology changes and who knows... the material might be better than the old stuff. For now I'm giving it 3 stars for sturdiness until it proves itself.
